42-32080 Too Tired |
According to John Williams, When we got the plane it was called Virginia Helen, after the wife of the previous pilot, and we didn't know what to do. We couldn't come up with anything, so we started messing around with what was there. We covered up part of Virginia and part of Helen, and then we added a ‘from’ in there, and we got Virgins From Hell. A few of us were still virgins then and the rest of the guys, they were always teasing us about it, so that's how we came up with that name. But then the flight officer, he didn't like it at all, and he made us take it off. |
